What Is A Buyer's Agent?

A buyer’s agent represents only the buyer in a real estate transaction. When you buy a home, your buyer’s agent focuses his or her energy on making sure your needs are met. A buyer’s agent is free to the buyer.

Create a Wishlist

Our next step together will be determining what you like, dislike, and must-have in a home. This will help us narrow down homes on the market that fit your criteria. STEP THREE.

Get Pre-Approved

Getting pre-approved for a mortgage will help determine how much house you can afford. A lender looks at several key factors to determine your financial stability.

STEP FOUR.

Finding Your Dream Home

After browsing the MLS for homes online we will work together in creating a list of homes that you want to tour in person. After seeing a few in person, we will sit down and decide which home could be for you! 

STEP FIVE.

Write an Offer/Negotiate

After finding THE home, we will provide you with our professional opinion and write up a competitive offer. 

Once you have an accepted offer we will move forward with scheduling inspections, getting an appraisal, and moving forward with the mortgage process. All of this may sound overwhelming, but we are here to ensure the process moves along smoothly.

STEP SIX.

Close on Your Dream Home!

On settlement day, all final paperwork is signed and the home will officially become yours! You’ll receive the keys, and that’s it, you’re a homeowner!
