Value Your Home

During our consultation, we will discuss the in’s and out’s of your home. We will then look at comparable homes in the area, the current market, and the information you provided us to create a valuation analysis. Our job is to provide you with enough information to make an informed decision based on facts, not hype.

STEP TWO.

Prepare Your Home

Preparing your home for the market is a crutial step in the process. We will evaluate your home for ways to increase the value such as minor updates and repairs. A professional photographer is then scheduled to capture your home. Your home’s appears online is critical for online viewers. STEP THREE.

Market Your Home

After your home has been professionally photographed, we start marketing your home. Our marketing coordinator will create a coming soon campaign to create buzz even before your home hits the market! Once on the market, promotions for your home will run on all of our social media channels, recieve it’s own landing page, go out to our email database and be listed on top home search sites such as Zillow, Realtor.com, Redfin and more!

STEP FOUR.

Negotiate & Accept An Offer

Once offers start rolling it, it’s time to negotiate and choose the best offer. We will provide you with our professional opinion on which offer is best. Having a trusted real estate agent with years of experience can make this part of the transaction a breeze. Close On Your Home

Once you reach settlement and all paperwork is signed, you have officially closed on your home!
